Location is on the lively main pedestrian street Knez Mihaila, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, great shower and had a mini-bar stocked with free snacks. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of local dishes, and the staff even cooked eggs to order. The fitness center and spa were fantastic, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The hotel offers an exceptional centrally located setting with easy access to main attractions. The staff were incredibly professional and provided excellent concierge services, especially for restaurant reservations. The room was well-furnished and maintained, complementing the overall cleanliness and daily housekeeping efficiency which made for a pleasant stay.

Had an amazing stay with my friends! We loved exploring Luna Park and chilling at Republic Square, which was just a short walk away. The location is perfect, right near all the tourist spots. The rooms were spacious and kept super clean. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely coming back for another visit!

Add to that inconsistent housekeeping–many guests noted issues like missing toiletries and delays in room cleaning. The air conditioning often struggles to maintain a pleasant temperature, with some guests unable to get it to adjust properly, making for an uncomfortable nights' sleep. Breakfast options felt repetitive, and some dishes lacked variety–not ideal for those on a longer stay. A few lights in the corridors weren’t working, offering unsafe maneuvers for stair users seeking an alternate route.
